Our Warranty

Every Custom Seconds timepiece is built to order—designed by you, handcrafted by us. Because each watch is uniquely created, we cannot offer returns, cancellations, or refunds once production has begun.

To ensure peace of mind, all of our watches include a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

What’s Covered

Our warranty protects your watch against manufacturer-related defects, including:

• Movement or mechanical failures
  
• Assembly or component issues
  
• Hand, dial, or crown malfunctions
  
• Battery or quartz movement defects
  
• Any craftsmanship-related problem under normal use
  

If an issue falls under warranty, we’ll repair your watch at no cost outside of shipping.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to issues caused by:

• Drops, impacts, or accidental damage
  
• Water exposure 
  
• Cosmetic wear (scratches, strap aging, etc.)
  
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  
• Misuse, negligence, or improper care
