At Custom Seconds, every watch is assembled by hand and built specifically for the customer who orders it. Below is our detailed shipping policy.


Processing & Build Time

Because our watches are custom-built, processing and build times vary depending on your chosen components.

  • Average build time: 2-4 weeks

  • Busy seasons may require additional time

Once your watch is completed, it is prepared for shipment.


Shipping Methods

We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (Free in the U.S.)

  • Expedited or Express Shipping (additional cost)

Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
International orders may be subject to duties or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Custom Seconds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.


Incorrect Addresses

If you enter an incorrect address and the package does not arrive, we cannot issue a refund.
